Project Description:
Canada’s Ground forces will benefit from this new high tech training & command centre at camp Wainwright, Alberta. The nerve centre for a new approach to training Canada’s soldiers, this project is the first component of a larger program of infrastructure development at Wainwright. The building is approximately 2400 m2 in size and will house the computer network for the militaries new training systems, a state of the art training theatre as well as the nescessary office spaces required to administer this new training program.

Project Description:
Gen-Mec is proud to be a part of the revitalization of this communities learning institution. This multi-phase project involves firstly the addition of 1400 m2 of new classroom space, a new library, new student gathering areas as well as change/shower rooms. In its second phase the existing school will see its main entrance, administrative areas, CTS rooms, home economics and computer labs completely renovated to new and modern standards. The exterior parking areas are to be expanded and paved and the grounds are levelled and seeded to create a new soccer pitch. This project once completed will create a modern K-12 learning facility to meet the demands of the next generation of Two-Hills young people.

Residents of St. Paul will be the beneficiaries of this large concrete structure designed specially to allow stars ambulance to land adjacent to St. Paul’s hospital.
